Brechbill & Helman Construction Co., Inc

Built on Integrity…

From the Ground Up

Brechbill & Helman Construction Company, Inc was founded by Darrell Brechbill and John Helman in 1966, and we have served the construction industry since. We are a regional general contractor, construction manager and design-build firm working in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia and Virginia specializing in institutional, commercial and industrial construction. We are a member of DBIA (Design-Build Institute of America), located in Washington DC. We are dedicated to the “Fast Tracking” of construction projects as well as quality, safety and owner satisfaction.

Some of our projects have included personal care/assisted living facilities, hotels, office buildings, restaurants, supermarkets, warehouses and heavy industrial manufacturing buildings. Notable clients include Universal Health Services, GIANT® Food Stores, Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, Carroll County (MD) Commissioners, Hilton Worldwide, Chambersburg Area Development Corporation (CADC), Shippensburg University Foundation, Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe and Country Meadows Associates.

Darrell and John believe the success of Brechbill & Helman can be attributed in large part to consistent education for managers and employees to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, it is our mission to commit to quality, safety and complete customer satisfaction. Our focus on quality construction is what gives us the ability to deliver maximum value while meeting our customer’s expectations. We must put emphasis on doing the right thing the first time, not just the bottom line.
