Brechbill and Helman has recently been awarded a contract for Newberry Pointe retail center in Newberry Township, PA.
The 43,200 sq-ft retail center with tenant fit-out was awarded by Newberry Investment Partners, LP of St. Louis, Missouri and is expected to commence August 1, 2010 with a scheduled completion of November 15, 2010.
