Brechbill and Helman Construction Company has recently been awarded a contract for Antietam Academy facility on the grounds of Washington County Technical High School in Hagerstown, MD. The 45,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility contract was awarded by the Washington County Public School Systems. The project will include several GREEN concepts which include a geothermal system, low VOC paint and adhesives and large windows to increase natural light.
The $11.5 million project will be completed by November 2010. The architectural firm is Grimm + Parker Architects of Bethesda, MD.
