Brechbill and Helman Construction Company has been awarded a contract by the Shippensburg University Foundation for renovations to building #4 at the former Hoffman Mills campus in Shippensburg, PA.
The architect for the project is Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates and the civil engineer is Carl Bert & Associates.
